To make any changes to your eWallet account information, we require the following:
- A clear photo of your valid, non-expired government-issued ID.
- Please ensure your information in the LiveGood account is updated to reflect the requested change by navigating to My Info > Change
*Information must be in English Format
Once you've completed these steps, email support@livegood.com with the requested ID.
*You can only one (1) registered eWallet with LiveGood. As well, you cannot link multiple accounts to be paid to the same eWallet account
