What is eWallet?
eWallet is a virtual account that allows LiveGood to efficiently manage payments, including paying its participants. eWallet provides great flexibility and preference options to the participant by offering various methods to receive funds such as Bank Account, Wire Transfer, transfer to existing credit card, prepaid card, and others.
What is my Username/Password?
Your username assigned by LiveGood is typically the same as your Participant ID with LiveGood and cannot be altered or changed. Your Username/Password will also be provided to you within the registration email.
Where is my Registration Email?
Your registration email will be sent to the email address that is associated with LiveGood profile. If you have not received your registration email, please check your spam folder. If you have checked your Inbox as well as your spam folder and still have not received the email, please contact customer support to verify the email address associated with your account.
How to Activate your account?
Once you receive the registration email or instructions from the Company, please follow the steps to login and activate your account. When you first access your account, the system will take you through a simple set-up process by collecting the necessary information and/or documents (i.e. government ID).
When you first click the link provided within your registration email, you will be redirected to a web page with the following message: "Congratulations your account has been successfully activated."
Please click “Continue” to proceed to the eWallet Login page.
How to complete eWallet Setup?
Once you have activated your account you will then need to enter your Username & Password exactly as it appears in the registration email, as the information is case-sensitive, to successfully log into the account. Once you have logged in, you will be redirected to your eWallet Setup. This page requires you to enter the following:
- Account Information: such as your First & Last Name, Residential Address, Date of Birth, Primary language preference
- Identification: Social Security Number (US), Passport/Government ID (non-US)
- Agreements: Agree to the Terms & Conditions, Verify that all of your information you provided is correct
- Transaction Pin: Setup your transaction PIN between 4-10 numeric digits (no letters)
- Security Questions & Answers
Once you have entered the necessary information, you should see this message at the top of your eWallet account: “Congratulations! You have successfully set up your eWallet account.”
How do I receive my commissions?
Any payments LiveGood allocates to your eWallet will automatically reflect in your balance. You will also receive an email notification whenever funds are credited to your balance. If you did not receive your expected payout amount or believe that you are missing a payout, please contact support@LiveGood.com immediately.
Will I be notified when I receive commissions?
You will receive an email or SMS notification (Standard text messaging and/or data rates from your wireless service provider may apply) alerting you of the credit into your account.
